Kendi Edition – Return and Cancellation Conditions
At Kendi Edition, while offering our exclusive collections, we are committed to providing a transparent, attentive, and reliable experience in our after-sales processes. The return and cancellation conditions below apply to all purchases made through www.kendiedition.com.
Right of Withdrawal: The consumer may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of their order, without giving any reason.
Return Acceptance Conditions: Products to be returned must:
Be unused, unworn, and unwashed,
Not contain any deformation, damage, or odor,
Have their labels intact,
Be in their original packaging and in a condition suitable for resale. Returns of products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Products Excluded from Return:
Perfumes, cosmetics, and personal care products are excluded from return if their packaging has been opened or they have been used, due to hygiene and health reasons. Products offered as part of campaigns, discounts, or special sales are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
For these products, a gift certificate valid for one year may be issued at the discretion of Kendi Edition.
Return Process: To process a return request;

Then, the order information must be sent to us via our WhatsApp support line.
If the necessary notifications are not made, the return process cannot be initiated and the right of withdrawal will be suspended.
Shipping and Delivery Conditions:
Returns must be sent via our contracted shipping company.
The shipping cost (94.00₺) is the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount.
Shipping details and information will be shared after the return request is approved.
Stock and Pricing Policy:
Products added to the cart do not create a stock guarantee; the product is only reserved when the payment is completed.
Prices may vary depending on stock availability and campaign conditions. There is no guarantee that returned products will be resold at the same price.
Legal Basis This text has been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the related Distance Sales Contracts. According to Article 15 of the Law, the right of withdrawal is exempt for products intended for personal use and hygiene.
